St Patrick Day Feast
We are almost there! Tomorrow, I invite my Father, Mother and In-Laws over for our traditional St. Patrick's Day Feast: Corned Beef and Baked Potatoes and Cabbage. It is an awesome meal, served with horseradish whip cream sauce and parsley sauce. I'm taking the day off in order to cook it. It is an involved meal, more so that some we make. I might even try some soda bread this year. Yum! I can hardly wait, we only have this meal once a year.
